Riverview Heights
The owners recently purchased this 1920’s era home. A stately manor in its’ prime the house was in need of some updates and repairs. The original galley style kitchen was small and outdated so a new kitchen and hearth room, capable of accommodating today’s family lifestyle, were added to the rear of the house.
The builder took care to match the architecture and integrity of the original home. An outdoor living space perfectly compliments the new addition. A new patio with walking paths, landscape, lighting and garden areas is being added by Lipetzky’s Irrigation & Landscape.
Wanting to maintain the beauty and persona of the original house reclaimed Purington Pavers were chosen for the 1700 square foot patio and pathways. Local quartzite boulders and Chilton stone steps were chosen to transition the elevation change as well.
It’s a work in progress that when completed will bring years of enjoyment and stand as a testament to the quality and durability of a bygone era.
